Send us the home name and what looks wrong, and we'll check it against the source extract. Our corrections policy sets out what we can change, what we can't, and how quickly we reply.
For aged care providers
We can correct factual details — address, contact, provider name. We cannot change a home's rating or its position in any list, because both are generated from the government's published data. There is no paid placement on this site.
